About Anna Gifford
What can I tell you about Anna? I am retired. I have a wonderful family, one daughter, one son, all grown and on their own. My husband and I recently returned from a Viking Cruise to Europe. It was something we had waited a long time to do. The trip was marvelous but we came home with covid and spent many days in bed. The trip was enlightening. You saw the history of many, many centuries of culture. Buildings that were built in the 1300’s still standing. Pretty amazing when so much of what we have here in the states is useless after about 50 to 75 years.
We have a rescue pup that is waaay too spoiled. His name is Mack. He loves people. If you came to my house, he thinks you came to visit him.
My primary interests lie with organizations that advance the well being of women and girls. I participate in several groups that serve that purpose. I hope to share some of that with you as we go. It is always interesting to learn the things that elevate people or that uplift them as a person.
I am interested in the French language and in francophone countries. I hope to spend time there some day.
